Ca' San Marco Residence

I stayed at Residenza Ca San Marco together with my partner, we were very pleased; super helpful, friendly and kind owner of the residence put us immediately at ease and also provided us with useful tips on how to best visit Venice and eat in characteristic and typical local places. The service was excellent, rooms well organized and above all clean, aesthetically beautiful and very welcoming. Excellent management of access through a personal key ring, with a small magnetic key that unlocked the main entrance since there was no concierge and room keys at night. Very central and strategic location, a stone's throw from St. Mark's Square and Rialto Bridge where transportation services are also located.

I stayed only one night. Definitely the location is really strategic. Perfectly halfway between Rialto and Piazza San Marco. Cozy room, clean and the bathroom quite spacious.

Very nice hotel in a great location within walking distance of Piazza San Marco and Rialto. Varied breakfast did not disappoint expectations. Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Facility right in the center, easily accessible and close to everything. Stayed in the suite with balcony overlooking the canal. Clean, quiet and warm room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

The property is just a short walk from the Rialto Bridge and the ferry and alilaguna stop. You can also walk to St. Mark's Square and other attractions. The room includes everything you need, the bed was very comfortable. The staff gave us valuable advice on how to get to the islands of Murano and Burano and even printed out timetables.

Beautiful room in Venetian style. Only downside: the bathrooms do not reflect the photos: the door is decaying, the tub would need to be replaced: a no as it ruins the look of the room
